VII EUROPEAN TOOLING FORUM TAKES PLACE IN BRUSSELS

Organized by ISTMA Europe, in close cooperation with the European Tooling Platform, the seventh edition of European Tooling Forum, will take place in Brussels (Belgium), on November 12th, 2019.

Over the years, ISTMA Europe has articulated its activity towards drawing increasing visibility and emphasizing the importance of Tooling industrial sector among public opinion, in particular of official bodies at national and international level, with special focus to European Parliament and the European Commission representatives.

Following the success of previous editions held in Lisbon (2007), Milan (2009), Wiesbaden (2011), Portoroz (2013), Tampere (2015) and Stuttgart (2017), this will be, without any doubt, an important opportunity to ISTMA Europe members to bring attention to its national policy makers, specially their representatives in European institutions.

Targeting the increasing need of the sector's competitiveness and sustainable technology development facing the challenges of an ever increasingly global and aggressive market, ISTMA has been a pivotal entity in the organization of key initiatives gathering the Industry's stakeholders, assuming simultaneously a key role in the facilitation the sector's access to its community initiatives, as well to EU Programs, by promoting strategic projects and research, development and demonstrators activities.

The European Tooling Forum will voice Industry's priorities, consistently fostered in ISTMA Europe's multiple activities and events.

Congregating decision-makers and responsible entities for national and European public policies, representatives from associations, research centers and universities, entrepreneurs and renowned experts, the European Tooling Forum will discuss and highlight the Mouldmaking and Special Tooling Industry' importance and strategic positioning for its sustainable development.

Ultimately, innovation, training and qualification, employment and the sustainability of industrial development, remains as paramount topics of the Forum's.

Final Program will be available soon.
