ISTMA World President, Bob Williamson, attended the oficial opening of the 2018 International Exhibition of Die & Mould Technology and Equipment (DMC 2018) and was invited as a keynote speaker to the Shanghai International Automotive Moulding and Forming Technology Expo which was held at city's new National Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Under this official visit to the country, organized and supported by CDMIA - China Die & Mould Industry Association – Bob Williamson had also the opportunity to present ISTMA initiatives and activities to local industrialists.
Contacts and networking sessions with Presidents of National Associations from China, India and Japan were also established.
During his four day stay in Shanghai, Bob Williamson held extensive discussions with our Chinese colleagues to finalise detail planning for the 2020 ISTMA World Conference scheduled for Shanghai to co-incide with DMC 2020.
