Every year ABINFER (Brazilian Toolmaking Industry Association) brings together the tool manufacturers community in Brazil hosting its 11th National Meeting of Toolmaking Companies - ENAFER 2018. This is the biggest national event in the area of tooling. Its mission is to provide a wide forum for critical presentations and discussions on the current status and future scenarios for the sector, proposing and articulating actions for a sustainable future of industry.
The event is itinerant, taking place in the States of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. This year meeting and conferences will happen on 17 and 18 May, at UCS - Caxias do Sul University, in Caxias do Sul (Rio Grande do Sul).
Over 350 delegates from Brazil and abroad are expected.
This event has the institutional support of the Sectorial Chamber of Toolmaking and Modelling of ABIMAQ - Brazilian Association of the Machinery and Equipment Industry, APL - Local Production Startup of the Large ABCD Paulista, Development Agency for ABC region, Plastics Industrial Association of Nordeste Gaúcho Region - SIMPLÁS, Mechanical and Electrical Association of Caxias do Sul - SIMECS, and VIRFEBRÁS consortium from Caxias do Sul.
