ISTMA Global Partner Oerlikon HRSflow has recently announced that it's expanding its Italian manufacturing plant to serve growing European markets. The hot runner manufacturer will start the construction of a new fully automated plant in San Polo di Piave (Italy) to increase its output by 30%, in order to meet growing demand in packaging, consumer goods and automotive sectors.
The new facility will use the latest technologies regarding organization, processes, and machinery to manufacture Oerlikon HRSflow's expanded portfolio of hot runners, geared towards customers in the packaging, consumer goods and automotive sectors. The new plant is expected to start production by the end of 2024.
