The UK based Gauge and Tool Makers Association (GTMA) in collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network and Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) were jointly hosting a "Meet the Manufacturer" event at Manufacturing Solutions 2019 on June 12th, 2019.
Leading manufacturers from aerospace, medical and materials processing companies met suppliers, manufacturers and service providers as part of a business to business matchmaking event.
Manufacturing Solutions hosted over 100 of the most advanced providers of metrology, inspection, machine tools, work-holding, cutting tools, and Cad/Cam/PLM manufacturing software and ancillary products and services. Bringing all the leading technology suppliers together the GTMA and LIT provided an ideal conduit for the transfer of technology from the specialist suppliers to the practical industrial landscape, where its take-up and practical application can be used to gain a competitive business advantage.
This one-day event brought the leaders in manufacturing and precision engineering in Ireland, Northern Ireland the UK together to develop supply chain links, network and collaboration.
