Dear reader and ISTMA friend,
On behalf of ISTMA and the Finnish National Committee of ISTMA we are delighted
to invite you to the ISTMA annual meetings and 12th World Conference of ISTMA
to be held in Joensuu on 11-13 June 2007. The Conference will be held at Carelia
Hall at the University of Joensuu, one of the most beautiful and modern Conference
Centres in the region of North Karelia.
We are proud that ISTMA has chosen Finland for this event, of which we will
make a most wonderful and useful conference for all participants.
The conference is devoted to the presentation of papers in the fields of automotive
and electronics industry with special attention to Tooling and Machining Technology
as well as current trends of the customer industries. Latest developments in
the field of technology and R&D projects and results will also be presented.
An informative and comprehensive exhibition with integrated poster sessions
will complement the presentations. It will offer not only an overview of the
latest product developments but also create a discussion platform for exhibitors
and conference participants.
Social events enabling you and your accompanying partner to experience the
Finnish Karelian culture and gain memorable impressions of Joensuu will complete
your stay in this beautiful town.
